At CARTIFY ONLINE SDN BHD 202501005246 (1606660-K), we’re dedicated to getting your camping essentials delivered quickly and safely, so you can gear up and hit the outdoors with confidence.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within MALAYSIA. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us directly at cartify_online@outlook.com.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard shipping is available for all products. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders over RM100 qualify for free shipping.

Please note that larger items such as tents, camping tables, and cots may require more time for handling or may incur additional shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.

Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately, especially if they come from different warehouses or need special packaging. If this applies to your order, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package directly through the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products, such as liquid mosquito repellents, may be restricted in some areas due to shipping regulations.

Shipping Delays
We work hard to deliver on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at cartify_online@outlook.com.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
