Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the item you received isn’t the right fit, we offer a simple and hassle-free exchange process to ensure your peace of mind.


Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items requested for exchange after 14 days may not be accepted or could be subject to additional charges.


Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Sleeping bags

  • Quick-dry towels

  • Mosquito repellents

  • Opened or used personal gear

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at cartify_online@outlook.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • If the item is in acceptable condition, we will ship the replacement product.

    • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund upon request.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the replacement item once the return is approved.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
